Although the products on this website may appear to be marijuana, THEY ARE NOT. The products are Industrial Hemp which is in correspondence with Federal Law.

1. The Agriculture Improvement Act of 2018 known as the Farm Bill changed how Industrial Hemp is defined in Section 297A. Industrial Hemp is defined as “the plant Cannabis sativa L. and any part of that plant and all derivatives, extracts, cannabinoids, isomers, whether growing or not, with a delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol concentration of not more than 0.3 percent on a dry weight basis”.
2. SEC 12619 of the bill changes the Controlled Substances Act (CSA) definition of Marijuana to exclude Hemp as defined in section 297A.

3. SEC 10114 of the bill allows interstate transport or delivery of Hemp as no state shall prohibit the transportation or shipment of hemp or hemp products.

4. North Carolina Senate Bill 455 removed hemp permanently from the state-controlled substances act which became effective on June 30th, 2022.

​5. The statements regarding the products have not been evaluated by the food and drug administration (FDA). The efficacy of these products has not been confirmed by FDA-approved research. The products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
